<h4>Peanut Butter &#038; Jelly Waffles</h4>
<p>1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour<br>
3 Tbsp sugar<br>
1 Tbsp baking powder<br>
1/4 tsp baking soda<br>
1/4 tap ground cinnamon<br>
2 eggs, separated<br>
1-1/4 cups milk<br>
1/3 cup peanut butter<br>
3 Tbsp butter, melted<br>
Jelly of your choice</p>
<p>In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. In another bowl, whisk the egg yolks, milk, peanut butter and butter; stir mixture into dry ingredients just until moistened.</p>
<p>In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into batter. Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to manufacturer’s directions until golden brown. Serve with jelly. Yield: 10 waffles.</p>
<p>Note:  1/3 cup PB didn&#8217;t have a strong enough flavor &#8212; next time I make this I&#8217;m going to up  it to 1/2 cup.</p>
