Foolproof Mug Brownie

1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch salt
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp baking cocoa
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp oil or melted butter
Splash vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Nutella (optional)

Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cocoa in a coffee mug. Stir in milk, oil, and vanilla; mix until blended.

Optional: place Nutella on top of batter in the center of the cup. Do not push it into the batter.

Microwave on high for 100 seconds. Warning: this will be VERY hot. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
